This Privacy Policy is for Rooted Tarot (“Rooted”) by Rooted App, LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information through our app, “Rooted”.

1. Information we collect

❌ We collect nothing. Rooted has no servers of its own and no analytics:

• Personal information: We do not collect any personal information that could be used to identify you, such as your name, email, phone number, or address.
• Readings: We do not collect any information about the readings you make in our app. Your readings are stored on your device.
• Device and usage information: We do not collect information about your device or how you use our app, and we use no analytics services.
• Payment information: Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your credit card information; we receive only Apple’s standard sales reports, which contain no information that identifies you.

2. Service Providers:

We use Anthropic’s Claude to provide readings in our app. Anthropic may collect and store information about your readings as our service provider. We do not have access to this information and do not store it on our servers. Their privacy policy can be found here.

We do not sell or share this information with any other third parties.

3. Children

Rooted is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, especially children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete or destroy such information as soon as possible.

4. Links to other sites

Rooted may contain links to other websites. If you tap on a link, you will be taken outside our app to your browser. These external sites are not operated by us. Please review the privacy policy of these websites before providing any personal information.

5. International users

By using Rooted, you understand and acknowledge that readings processed by our service provider (see 2. Service Providers) are processed on servers in the United States and may be processed in other jurisdictions.

6. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page.
